SURVIVOR GAMES
2024 250 Motocross SURVIVOR
The OG Survivor Game heads OUTDOORS and to the 250 CLASS! Many will enter, one (well 4 since we live in a blue ribbon society) will win! It’s easy… weekly prior to the first 250 Moto you will submit your rider pick via email. If that rider finishes in the top 8 OVERALL in the 250 class, YOU SURVIVE. If that rider fails to finish inside the top 8, YOU ARE ELIMINATED from the game. Seems easy, what’s the catch? Once you’ve picked a rider, you may not pick them again for the rest of the season. Should be a whole ton of fun and a way to jump on a new bandwagon each week or hate a rider for life.

WELCOME AND OFFICIAL RULES (also found on AirWheeliesOnly.com)
If you have played this game in the past, I hope you have recovered from the absolute chaos that you experienced... If you haven't, you need to sign up so that our therapy group can grow. I love all moto, play all the fantasy leagues, and nothing gets me going more than this... I'm not going to lie, it isn't all good, there is a lot of yelling at your TV on Saturday, some great feelings of relief and victory, and some super dark despair on the line. It's honestly like lining up for the LCQ. If you make it in, you're relieved and take a deep breath never wanting to experience that again. If you are eliminated, it's like getting t-boned in the last turn and not qualifying. Trust me, I've been there.
Invite your friends to discover why this madness is totally unique. The online entry, pick submissions, and Team Pick Log have been great additions since the inception of this game. However, the greatest advancement yet will definitely come in 2024. The ideas, rules, and creation of this game was started with a group convo (and likely argument) between myself (Checkerz) and MotoXDream(360) OG and mastermind (ouch...that hurts to type) Denny "Dbo" Stephenson. And while he sucks at this game, he's awesome at Excel, data, and fantasy moto games. When the choice was either close the game down or bring on some support, Dbo (who hates this game more than anything besides losing to me) said he'd take the reigns on most of the scoring and operation of the game. With him doing that, I'm going to work with him to keep the game moving forward and providing all the tools and lessons I've developed and learned. A lot of words to say; expect to see and hear a ton more from Dbo than myself in 2024!
Welcome to the first ever PRO MOTOCROSS version of Survivor - the 250 class in 2024(Read this entirely before emailing me questions or I will tell the internet about the OF site you watched right before opening this and it wasn't Logan Karnow's.)Many will enter, one (well 4 since we live in a blue ribbon society) will win! It’s easy… weekly prior to the first moto you will submit your rider pick via the online form. If that rider finishes in the top 8 OVERALL for the day, YOU SURVIVE. It’s a simple $30 entry fee, 100% payback (50%, 25%, 15%, 10%) to the top 4.
HOW TO SIGN UP:
1. Go to LeagueSafe to pay your entry fee. We are using a 3rd party site with majority voting for payout so you know your money is safe until after the season. Even if you win before the season ends, we will have to wait until the payout deadline to vote/pay. Entry fee is $30 and must be paid prior to Saturday, MAY 25th at 1pm PST (along with Official Entry Form Completion)!
2. Only after you’ve paid, fill out the 2024 250 Motocross Survivor - Official Entry Form
3. ONLY AFTER PAYING AND SIGNING UP, enter your pick each week on the 2024 250 Motocross Survivor - Official Pick Entry Form before official lockout time (before the first 250 moto gate drop).
HOW TO PLAY:
1. Enter your pick each week using the 2024 250 Motocross Survivor - Official Pick Entry Form before official lockout time (before the first 250 Moto Gate Drop).
2. If your rider finishes inside the top 8 OVERALL in the 250 class for the day, you advance to the next round; however, you may not pick that rider again for the rest of the season. If that rider does not finish inside the top 8, you are eliminated from the game.
*It is YOUR responsibility to track your picks. We do plan to release Score Cards and a Team Pick Log weekly, but those are only resources for your research and sometimes see delays due to unforseen circumstances. A "Cheat Sheet" showing current picks may be released prior to each round, but this is not guaranteed based on staff availability. Remember, we run this for free unless the winners decide to tip us a few pennies.
3. I understand it’s important to lock in an “early” pick incase you are busy during race day, but need the option to fill-in if a practice crash or something happens… it’ll be allowed; however… Only 1 “update” to your rider (before the deadline) available each week. The most recent timestamp will be counted. If more than 1 update is submitted, we will still use your 1st update and void any after that.
Tie Breakers:You will be awarded the points of the rider you picked on the week you picked them. Should multiple players get eliminated on the same week, the highest number of points scored from your rider picks will be the tie breaker. Should there still be a tie for some crazy reason, the pot for that position will be split between the tied teams for that position.
IMPORTANT NOTE: The rider's finishing POSITION will be based on the official AMA Pro Motocross results to determine if they have finished inside the top 8. The "overall" points total with the 2nd moto being the tie breaker will be used. You will earn the rider's POINTS for each race towards the tie-breaker. (ie. Jordon Smith finishes in 8th position but recieves a two point penalty for an infraction, but is still scored as 8th place. Players who chose Jordon Smith in the game are NOT eliminated; however, they recieve 12 points (8th normally pays 14 points).)
100% PAYBACK – Distributed as follows
Winner – 50% of total entries
2nd Place (first loser) – 25% of total entries
3rd Place (Loser to the first loser) – 15% of total entries
4th Place (Charity case, blue ribbon society winner of being an absolute loser)– 10% of total entries
*All payouts are kept by a 3rd party company (LeagueSafe) and are released with Majority vote from all paid entrants. The game (including the official rules, communications, managment) and payouts are managed by league manager Denny Stephenson.
Invite your friends and grow the pot.
No late or incomplete entries accepted…PERIOD!
